Don’t want it, CHOOSE it

Morning Mantra: "The words I AM are statements to the Universe."   Affirmations do not work if they are merely statements of what you WANT to be true.  They only work when they are statements of something you already KNOW to be true.For example, 'I want to be healthy' puts you in a state of wanting.
