She also shares a wonderful, easy to make cocktail that's perfect for the Halloween season, The Vampire's Embrace! Vampire’s Embrace Shake following fine ingredients in a cocktail tin: Two Ounces of London Dry Gin Half an ounce of fresh lemon juice Half an ounce of 2:1 simple syrup. *Your humble host likes this drink less sweet, so try it with less syrup as well! A drop to a dash of angostura bitters A sprig of fresh rosemary After pouring the shaken contents into your favorite sexy crystal coupe, float a quarter to a half ounce of Bordeaux wine on top.
