Doodle Book Club June 4: Chapter 1 The Lesson

Take the Doodle Book 30- Day Challenge This JunePodcast Host CJ Miller is taking a break from recording interviews through June but will be uploading his 30-day Doodle Book Challenge the entire month. Commit 20 minutes each day to your Spiritual Art Practice. Starting on June 1st, 2024, CJ will begin reading excerpts from his book while the listener doodles and lets their subconscious mind process the ideas. He recommends purchasing a sketchbook or ream of white unlined paper and a box of 24 or more Crayola crayons for this exercise.
