Doomsday

from Bohacz & Frenz · host Bohacz & Frenz

"Doomsday" exists because our Webcor reel-to-reel tape recorder's erase head was faulty. This allowed me to experiment with overdubbing way before I had ever heard of the concept. There's also a continuation of the experimental sound making I started with my track “Electronic Tonalities.” The screaming woman came from a sound effects record. I began making audio recordings from when I was around five or six years old (1963 - 1964).
