The Football Season is officially here as Rio Hondo Prep begins their two a day practices for the next few weeks. We are releasing this episode at the exact same time as the boys are taking the field. Coach Carson joins me to discuss the planning of practices, big expectations from returning players, and more behind the scenes details that makes the Rio program unique.
