DOUBLE TAKE (2001) Movie Reaction! | First Time Watch | Orlando Jones | Eddie Griffin

Achara and Michael sit down for their first time watching Double Take (2001), the wild, early-2000s action-comedy where a smooth-talking New York investment banker gets framed for laundering drug money and accidentally swaps identities with a streetwise fugitive. As the pair gets dragged into a web of CIA operatives, corrupt agents, and absurd cross-country chaos, Achara and Michael react to every unexpected twist, over-the-top physical comedy beat, and nostalgic 2000s buddy-cop setup. Directed by George Gallo (director of Middle Men, Bad Boys, Midnight Run, The Whole Ten Yards, Bigger), the film stars Orlando Jones (actor from Evolution, American Gods, Drumline, The Replacements, Office Space, 7 Up Commercials) alongside Eddie Griffin (actor from Undercover Brother, Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo, Scary Movie 3, Norbit, Dave Chappelle's Block Party, The Boondocks). The supporting cast features Gary Sinise (actor from Forrest Gump, CSI: NY, Apollo 13, Marvel’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier, The Green Mile, Ransom), Garcelle Beauvais (actor from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, The Jamie Foxx Show, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Coming 2 America, NYPD Blue), and Edward Herrmann (actor from Gilmore Girls, The Lost Boys, Richie Rich, Overboard, Annie).
