Doug Friedman - A Relationship with the Almighty

One might say that the theme of the entire Bible is God’s desire for a relationship with mankind, a relationship which began immediately after He first formed man and cautioned him not to eat of the fruit of just one tree in the Garden lest, “on the day that you eat of it, you shall surely die” (Gen 2:17). In 2 Corinthians 6, Paul reminds us of God’s desire for a restoration of that relationship by doing something that seems so simple yet is so rarely done.
