I experienced pregnancy and postpartum in 2020-2021 while I was still actively in my homebirth apprenticeship and supporting doula clients.  I have held space for birth in many different settings since 2017 starting and a doula and I also specialize in perinatal pilates which I incorporate with my clients from preconception on.  My mission as a midwife and mother is to help families make educated and informed decisions around their choice in childbirth and parenting.
