U.S. Black Maternal Child Health rates and outcomes are some of the worst in the developed world.  But Doulas, a group of trained specialists are revolutionizing Black motherhood by helping mothers and their unborn babies come into the world stress free and loved.   Join me as I talk with Karma Tudor, an experienced doula from Mama Glow as she informs us on the wonders of getting a doula.
