He decides to take unplayable ball relief and drops his ball using lateral relief.   He asks Big P to pick up his provisional ball which is on the fairway. Andy the Average Golfer plays his next stroke into a greenside bunker. As he starts walking towards the green, only 15m on, he sees his original ball in bushes and realises the ball he dropped was not his. With the dropped ball near the green, and his provisional ball in his pocket, how must Andy the Average Golfer proceed and are there any penalty strokes?
