Obviously he's very frustrated. The world is getting crazier. People are acting more and more insane. The end of the world is tomorrow.

Tomorrow. Tomorrow. The only one thing to do when the world is really hard is to have on guns as they discuss their sweet dreams and defense through the lens of bible processes. The world is going to be learning how to use to work.

You're listening to Canary Cry News Talk. It is August 11th 2021, episode number 374 and today, down Del Delta. My name is Gondes. Your favorite agent for Vodka Tour for Christ.

Welcome to the podcast where we bring you the best news which is the gospel message of Jesus Christ while reporting the egregious with a well-rounded, diddle-click-round and take on world events. Hopefully this is the last episode I have to go solo before Basil returns. He'll for sure be back Friday because he's traveling back in normal timeline now. Everybody be hyped for Friday.

Gotta get that hype, bro. Basil will return because I am getting tired over here. I'm starting to feel the burnout doing the show's solo and I remembered why I have a co-host. But that's not the only reason why today is kind of a bummer in terms of the live stream.

YouTube gave the new Canary Cry News Talk channel a strike from episode 372, Doomsday Very Ant. I played a short under two-minute clip of an anime called Blue Exorcist and Annie Black's Inc. Thought that it was okay for them to basically try to take us down and I appealed. We'll see what happens.

I'm in the second stage. We're basically I said that if this goes to court, we will win the Fair Use argument. That's on the count of the Fair Use laws. If you go to many different outlets that give you the outline of the Fair Use laws, it's pretty straightforward.

They look for four criteria. The purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes. And clearly the episode 372 was like three and a half hours long. It had most of it had nothing to do with Blue Exorcist, the anime.

I played a small clip. I commented on it and I changed the understanding. I changed the nature of the clip with my own commentary as part of criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching. So that all falls under Fair Use.

Second, the nature of the copyrighted work. And it is fictional. Sometimes you can get caught up because they use fictional work as a republished fictional work, less protected under Fair Use. But in this case, because it was tied to a news story, I think the argument stands that the clip used was not a copyright infringement.

Third, the amount and sustainability of the portion used in relation to the copyright work as a whole. I played a minute and 50 seconds of a clip and it was edited too. So it wasn't like a straight minute 50. I interjected from time to time with my commentary.

So there you go. A minute and 50 seconds out of a three hour 30 minute episode and from the standpoint of the copyrighted work, which is Blue Exorcist, a minute 50 is like five or six percent of the episode given that the normally anime episodes run anywhere from 20 minutes to 30 minutes, anywhere from five to 10 percent of the actual copyrighted material. So I didn't republish the entire work pretending to be the Blue Exorcist or pretending to suggest that I'm all mighty and I have the rights to republish it. So anyway, I went through everything and I explained that in under a court of law, I will win.

We Canary Cry News talk will win fair use for this situation. So hopefully we get that video back up on YouTube and we're able to stream again on the Canary Cry News talk backup channel because some of this stuff is it's all algorithm based, but it's a little overreach and it's not a surprise. There seems to be a trend we'll talk about Rand Paul and his issue running into censorship on YouTube today. So just wanted to start off with that because I know people are wondering, hey, what happened to the Canary Cry News talk channel?

What's going on? And of course, it's kind of sad today. I see about maybe 60 people watching live whereas when the face like the Sun channel was up and everything was up, it was upwards of a thousand people watching live on the streams. But it is what it is.

People don't want to move. People don't take key to the warnings that we've been giving for months now. About, hey, the YouTube channels are going to disappear. And well, it is what it is, I guess, at this point.

But thank you everybody who are tuning in live. And if you're listening after the fact, thank you for listening or watching afterwards. We truly appreciate it. And we're grateful for your presence here.

But let's move into all the things that we need to get into because I'm going to try to keep this a little bit shorter today because I feel the burn. The burnout. I'm doing all this stuff solo. All right.

So we're going to start with a what are we doing? A flippy update. Sleeping update. And Basil has missed.

I feel like he has missed some of the best flippy updates that we've had in a really long time. Sometimes we're trying to force fit the flippy news into whatever the story is and whatever. But today, I think is we may have covered this or a machine like this in the past, like way in the past, maybe a couple years ago or more, maybe even three or four years ago. But it's very relevant.

Flippy is the colloquial name we use for the disembodied robot arms that are taking our jobs and slaving our children and flirting with our spouses. We talk about the robot takeover and how it is affecting us in our lives, whether it be, you know, just cooking our food or sorting our dishes or or putting on clothes or digging things or demolishing things or even playing with cats. So this is autoevolution.com headline cat teasing robot can keep your fee line entertained for hours. Man, this is like the perfect basil flippy update and he's just missing out.

Elephant Robotics claims its six-axis collaborative robot is the lightest and smallest in the world. We also know this robotic arm is highly versatile as it can have a plethora of applications. But one in particular made our day. Having a pet can take a toll on your energy, especially if it's an indoor cat that wants to be entertained at the most inconvenient times.

Such as when you're trying to work or sleep, luckily my robot can make your and your cats lives so much easier by keeping your fee line occupied for hours. As you can see in the attached video and one of the videos was taken down, good job YouTube deleting flippy robot videos as well as Rand Paul and Conrad Kranus talk. I mean, I guess if you're not pedaling like, you know, left wing Democrat and Tifa stuff or, you know, peto stuff or something, you're not allowed on YouTube anymore. Kind of weird, kind of weird YouTube.

But to be fair, this skillful cat teaser can do a whole lot more than just annoying and exhausting your cat. It has an arm length of 13.7 inches and weighs almost 30 ounces and a payload of almost 8.8 ounces. This little guy created by Elephant Robotics and M5 Stack is an impressive productivity tool that can be used in a variety of fields from research and education to light industry and even home use. It's a six degrees of freedom machine that features six high performance servo motors, two display screens and can be programmed using the UI Flow Visual Programming software.

So there you go. You know, I think for cats, it's one thing. Let's see if they can do it for dogs. You know, I'd be more impressed if it can keep a dog entertained.

All you got to really do is attach a laser at the end of it and have a little bit of space and you will have endless entertainment for dogs as the robot arm here. But there you go. I mean, I guess they're just anticipating lazy humans ever more. And no, you don't need to play with your cat anymore.

Let's flippy do it. And some of these images that we're showing here, this one's in particular is showing the same robot arm put some kind of custard into the microwave or something. Or maybe that's a microwave. All right, whatever.

Point being robot arms taking over. It will do everything for you. And the picture we're looking at now looks like it has some kind of thermal surveillance apparatus on the end of the arm too. So lippy is also watching your every move based on your body heat signature.

Oh, and it can hold your phone too. So useful. Thank you, Elephant Robotics. Weird name for Robot Company.

And thank you for entertaining our cats. Evermore. And maybe this is something we can pick up for the Montis. Be a nice surprise for when Basil gets back to this timeline.

The robot arm is $600 shipping and cat not included. Oh, what a bummer. Anyway, thought that'd be an interesting fun little flippy update for today, especially since Basil's not here. You know, just make all the flippy updates while he's missing out on the shows some of the most entertaining and relevant ones.

But I am going to move on here because I have as my little beat here, a nephilom update. And this is iNews.co.uk and the headline meet little Amal the 3.5 meter high puppet girl who is walking 5000 miles from Turkey to Manchester. If you're new to the show, nephilom are the giants described in Genesis six and throughout the Old Testament, part of the reason why for the great flood. And also part of the reason why Israel was commanded to conquer certain regions of Canaan.

There seems to have been a non-human lineage that came from the union between the watchers, which are angelic or divine entities that rebelled and human women and the offspring were giants called nephilim. And so we're always kind of keeping an eye on the propaganda usage of giants or nephilim in general. And in this occasion here, this giant, I guess, puppet of a girl is called little Amal, and it was used for a, I guess, a protest purpose. And this was written by, it's written in first person, which is kind of weird, but it says this.

When putting together the traveling festival, I have co-produced the walk. Our team started with one request. Can you make us a very large puppet? The journey is led by a puppet of a nine-year-old refugee girl walking more than 5000 miles from Turkey to the UK.

We needed a formidable construction that could reenact one of the central stories of our time, the flight of refugees from war devastated Syria across a continent. And they're joined by three producers and one of the founders here, Adrian Kohler and Basil Jones. I guess that's what he's been up to. He's been helping construct this giant puppet, Basil Jones.

Is that like the alternative universe, Basil, Davy Jones version? Basil Jones? I don't know. Okay, so I continue on here.

Big enough to be seen from the back of the crowd. No, bigger than that. This is the story of our times. We want our little girl big a week or so later, they sent us elegant sketches of little Amal in three possible sizes.

Very large, extremely large and gigantic. Of course, we wanted gigantic. She started her journey on the 27th of July in Gazian, Tep in southeast Turkey near the Syrian border and is now traveling through Greece, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, France, and will end in November in Manchester. Her stage is vast, the biggest ever, 5000 miles wide.

And you see these images here. You got the puppeteers with sticks holding up this large puppet and she's wearing a mask, a cloth mask, by the way, and you don't have to continue the virtue signaling there. And they continue on here with some of the story. I think it's a little less important.

They show a map of the trail that this giant puppet is going to take. And to me, this kind of reminded me just that some of the pictures here where they have people standing and then the giant puppet standing next to them, it reminded me because the giant puppet looks a little zombie-ish of a show called Attack on Titan, another anime, not complaining clips. I guess it doesn't matter because we're not streaming on YouTube today. But if you ever watch the show, it's a little disturbing, called Attack on Titan, story about Titans and they kind of have their religious Catholic-style priests and stuff, walls built around cities, multiple layers of walls.

But basically, they have these smaller giants that walk into the neighborhood and terrorize people and stuff. And that's kind of what it reminded me of when I saw some of these images where they're kind of human-weighted. They look human, but they're just kind of overgrown and humongous and weird. And that's also, it feels like a reference to the Nephilim.

And Salty Paul saying something here. He's clapping. I love my D-live. Oh, he's trying to get the attention of the D-live people.

Looks like there's about 18 people in D-live. What's up, D-livers? I appreciate you being here. And yeah, so there you go.

We got a few more pictures here. It kind of also reminds me of the Burning Man, the man because of the humanoid woodwork of the puppet. And other people have mentioned the Gautard ritual ceremony, the tunnel ceremony that they did a few years ago, right next to CERN, where there was a weird creepy giant baby head that they, you know, with angel wings kind of flying in and doing weird things. That whole ceremony was like the most entertaining thing ever.

I don't know if you remember it, if you haven't or you never heard seen it or heard of it, go look it up. You can probably find it on the Odyssey channel, the Face Like The Sun Odyssey channel. If you scroll back far enough, you'll find it. It's a CERN update.

And yeah, it was like weird creepy stuff going on. You had three of the religious leaders, a Catholic, a Islamic priest or Islamic person. And was it a Protestant? I'm not even a Protestant.

Do some kind of ritual at the beginning. And then like the whole time, it's like these occult symbol, symbolic things going on. And the people, there was like a zoom in shot of the people attending. And there was one guy holding a staff with like the Phoenix with the wings.

And I mean, it was just like, wow, you're totally part of the Secret Society there. But anyway, very similar, but this is more of the outworking of the general public, the people trying to virtue signal about the Syrian refugee crisis. And why not? Why not use a gigantic puppet to do it?

And I don't know, part of me thinks kind of creepy. Does nobody else think it's creepy? The people organizing this? Basil Jones?

Do you not see that there's like a creep factor to this? Guess not. I don't know. There you go.

That's our brief, enough of an update here at the top of the show. Meet little Amal, a 3.5 meter high puppet girl who was walking 5,000 miles from Turkey to Manchester to highlight the plight of Syrian refugees. All right, let's get into some of the bigger stories, the mainstream stories, and we're going to start things off in politics. It's not so many stick.

No, you're blood. No, you're blood. This was the big story yesterday. Everybody was talking about it.

And it is the resignation of Cuomo. Here's what he had to say. It is a matter of life and death government operations. And wasting energy on distractions is the last thing that state government should be doing.

And I cannot be the cause of that. New York tough means New York loving. And I love New York. And I love you.

And I think that given the circumstances, the best way I can help now is if I step aside and let government get back to governing. So what was he doing before? Was he not governing? And also creepy.

That's part of the issue there, bud. You love people too much. But also you want to like an Academy Award for your acting last year. So you know, good job acting and covering up murdering elder patients or elderly people with your decision making on the homes there and stuff with the COVID.

But kind of weird. Weird. I was like, I love you. Strange.

And therefore that's what I'll do. Because I work for you and doing the right thing is doing the right thing for you. Because as we say, it's not about me. It's about we.

And my resignation will be effective in 14 days. There you go. 14 days. He's gone.

And this comes at the heels of last week. Guomo put out this public relations piece where he was trying to provide an apologetic for the sexual harassment accusations. And I think it backfired. This thing just confirmed his creepiness.

And I want to play a little bit of it for you here. If you haven't seen or heard it, here's Guomo last week trying to defend or responding to the AG report that he sexually harassed multiple women. The New York Times published a front page picture of me touching a woman's face at a wedding and then kissing her on the cheek. That is not front page news.

I've been making the same gesture in public all my life. I actually learned it from my mother. By the way, for those of you just listening, while he's talking, he's splicing in all these images of the image in question, they blur out the lady's face. But then right now they're deposited on a little image of Guomo's mom holding Guomo or Governor Guomo here by the cheeks going in for a kiss.

And there's just all these images that pop up for the commentary here. So just keep that in mind if you're just listening. For those of you watching, enjoy. From my father, it is meant to convey warmth.

Nothing more. Indeed, there are hundreds, if not thousands of photos of me using the exact same gesture. I do it with everyone. Black and white, young and old, straight and LGBTQ powerful people.

Okay, I want to, when he's talking about powerful people that he does, you know, touches their face as a showing of warmth, which, you know, part of it is true. You know, I've had Italian friends and, you know, they weren't all like that, but I've had Italian friends and family, or not family. I've had a close Italian friends who I've noticed are a little more touchy feely. And I get that, but there's one picture here that I'm paused on.

It's Guomo and Bill Clinton touching noses. Just like, like, like, after some press conference or something, just going in, just rubbing nose to nose with Bill Clinton. I don't know. I think that is a little weird, but maybe that's just me.

LGBTQ powerful people, friends, strangers, people who I meet on the street. I do kiss people on the forehead. Oh, I do kiss people on the cheek. Oh, I do kiss people on the hand.

I do embrace people. I do hug people, men and women. I do on occasion say, Chaubella, on occasion, I do slip and say sweetheart or darling or honey. All right, there you go.

And this gave us some fantastic isos here. First off, the short one, Guomo. I do it with everyone. Yeah, you do.

That's been, I guess, that's the problem there, right? There's also the bigger one, the 12 second clip. I shortened the gaps to get a feel for what he's saying here. I do it with every black and white, young and old, straight and LGBTQ powerful people, friends, strangers, people who I meet on the street.

Whoever thought of this as his PR defense, bad, bad job. I do kiss people on the forehead. I do kiss people on the cheek. I do kiss people on the hand.

I do hug people, men and women. There you go. Fantastic isos from Guomo. Thank you very much for proving our point that a lot of these politicians are creepy, creepy.

You got creepy Joe. Now you got creepy, Guomo. And well, I guess he's gone. He did the right thing by stepping down.

I guess, I don't know. He wasn't the only one to step down yesterday. This was from USA Today, Arizona State Senator Tony Navarette, or Navarette, I don't know, resigns seat after arrest in child sex abuse case. So two Democrats went down yesterday.

And the story here, Otonio Tony Navarette resigned his Arizona State Senate seat Tuesday after noon in a brief letter to Senate President Karen Fan five days after Navarette was arrested on seven felony charges related to child sex abuse. The resignation is effective immediately. Fan said the resignation ends a five year legislative career for the Phoenix Democrat who has represented a district that stretches from West Central Phoenix to Glendale. It follows days of a torrent of calls for him to step down from the seat he was reelected to last fall and written statement to fan with Senate minority leader Rebecca Rios copied Navarette's wrote simply quote, effective immediately.

I am officially resigning my post as Arizona State Senator for District 30. I'm very glad he decided to do the right thing so he can figure out his next steps said fan. Republican for Prescott, a representative Prescott fan said she and Rios Democrat Phoenix will issue a joint statement about the resignation. The two leaders issued a joint plea Monday calling for his immediate departure, especially after an ethics investigation was launched.

So good. Maybe a cover up move by Cuomo. Cuomo is a little bit more in the public eye. Everyone's going to be paying attention to Cuomo and his weird kissing foreheads and whatever.

Meanwhile, you have an actual Democrat Senate stepping down, resigning after an arrest in child sex abuse case. I mean, I don't know. I would tend to imagine that, and this is just my opinion, but there are more politicians that are involved in this kind of thing than not, especially people that get up the ranks there. I think they have dirt on them and not everybody.

The problem is, and this could have been part of the Psyop too, you can't legitimately talk about these issues without being labeled QN on conspiracy theorists nowadays. So I think that might have been the Psyop that, hey, if you talk about this, oh, you're just a QN on guy, misinfo guy, disinfo guy, whatever. But in reality, some of the issues that were brought up or highlighted in the Q movement are true, and that's part of the Psyop. To make anybody talking about it sound crazy, and at least to one side of the aisle, and to the other side of the aisle to provide endless hoping about how they're going down.

And one senator or Senate seat anyway going down isn't really going to tear down the whole system. So just thought I would add that that's two Democrats going down in one day. Interesting enough. And maybe there's a third Democrat on the way out, and that is Gavin Newsom.

We have some Newsom science update. It's Newsom science, baby. I'm getting issues on my on my end here with the connection of my audio. But anyway, this video was being shared around the B posted a live stream of Newsom doing Q&A.

And oh my goodness, was he triggered? He looked like he was either on the sauce, you know what I mean? Had a few shots or worse, he may have been doing, you know, some rolled up dollar bills on a glass table type of stuff. Because he has these like ticks where he's all, I don't know, he's all like, he's all amped up.

I had to beep out some of his language. Come on, governor, there are children listening to the show and watching these shows, you can use a little bit of a better language. I mean, it's not the thing he can use F bombs or that's where anything like that. But still, you know, just not a good look for Newsom.

The clip is weird because it starts off with him kind of ranting about something. And then I included the question because he gets really triggered after the question. It is very entertaining. Here we go.

I'm nice. If our home grown team start focusing on what's right, everybody outside the state is about the state. And that silence right there is like a weird nervous kind of tune on his finger, like playing with his lip, waiting for a question to be asked for those of you who are just listening. Governor California has the nature's highest housing costs, highest gasoline prices, and highest utilities.

Way growth has been spectacular in the Silicon Valley, but not so much for areas along the coast and in the sunlight areas. In a very real sense, the California dream is more like a mirage for people writing an out day after day. How do you make the case that you, as governor, can deliver the California dream to all Californians? Well, let's talk about what we also are number one and seven.

I don't know if you've watched a YouTube channel called, oh gosh, what was it? It's something about body language where they kind of break down the body language to see what kind of real things are being revealed. And throughout the question, he's kind of rocking back and forth. He looks really antsy.

He looks really triggered. He's kind of like, oh, his eyes are kind of going side to side. He looks really uncomfortable. And you'll see why as he starts to answer the question.

Well, let's talk about what we also are number one and seven. And guys, forgive me. I know I'm a little pointed today, but I've been taking a lot from a few folks a lot months. So it's nice to be able to express myself to do what I do with deep pride in the state.

As a California, not as a I'm a few tracks governor could happen a few weeks could happen a few years. But I love this date. We're number one in job creation, 10 Paul the American 559,000 jobs. Eat your heart out Texas Florida.

Your heart out Texas Florida. House eat your heart out Texas for number one, the Bloomberg index of innovation, not the early. We dominated yet again, venture capital. That's not just for fancy folks in Silicon Valley, as pushing out the boundary discovery opportunity innovation that advantages each and everyone's 53% of the nation's venture capital slaps a table over 100 IPOs year to date in this state.

One of the talking points here, the question was asked about, hey, it's, it seems like you're only helping Silicon Valley. I don't think you use the word Silicon Valley, but like certain districts, continue to pursue the American dream or the California dream, but ignoring a large portion of the population of California. And instead of answering the question, he's sort of proving her point by saying, you know, we had, we outsourced all this stuff, the startups, we had 100 IPOs. Who benefits from IPOs?

Silicon Valley, the big, the big business, the big corporate people, not your common citizen of California. 80 plus billion dollar budget service, 80 plus billion, not that 76 billion, yet another $3.9 billion in new cash. We have better health outcomes in Florida and Texas, and better economic outcomes are economy contracted a more modest rate than Florida and Texas. Do you know, Stephanie, that middle class families in Texas pay more taxes in middle class tech like California's?

Look that up, that's a fact. I don't know why that doesn't get a damn attention, because I care about working folks. That's a fact. I did look it up.

And I guess it's true that middle class Texas did pay higher taxes in the last year. Part of it had to do with higher property taxes in Texas. And but also in California, the article that he was referencing is like a Bloomberg opinion piece. And even within the article, they're like, yes, if you're looking at bottom line, middle class did pay more.

However, if you're looking at the way middle class is defined, it's a little bit different. There are other taxes that Californians paid that would make be of concern. They didn't get as much out of what they paid the state, all this kind of stuff. So it's a mess.

Gavin Newsom knows it. He's triggered to no to no veil. I mean, he's slapping the table. He's pointing fingers.

He does this thing when he was apologizing about being a little frustrated. He does his hand motion, where he's like, he's kind of this thing, these questions from these reporters. He's just so upset. It's very funny.

Anyway, it brought joy to my heart on a day like today when Newsom was just so triggered. But you know, I was looking at, again, some of the people that may replace him. I don't have too much confidence in the people that are being put on a pedestal to be perhaps the replacement for Newsom. And the people that I think might have a better plan.

I feel like it's a little over their head. And you know, it's Kevin Paffrath is the guy that I think has a better plan. But I don't think he realizes what he's up against in terms of what he would be doing by stepping into the political machine of California. And we'll see.

We'll see what happens. I don't want him to put his family or himself in danger. And that kind of feels like what would happen if he really wanted to push hard to take over the governor ship of California. But one thing he did say was true in there, Newsom, he said, I'll be an ex-governor.

Like, yep, you sure will. Could happen in weeks, can happen in years. But either way, he's on his way out. And I don't, I feel like his political roadmap isn't going quite as he had planned as part of his frustration.

Maybe he was promised certain things from the, you know, power on high. And it just hasn't worked out the way he was promised. And now the news media, local news media are really shining a light and getting on the bandwagon of recall Newsom and he's just getting really upset. Good times.

But sticking with governors here, there's another story. This one was a little bit more, just as egregious, I would say. And this is from Fox News.com, Oregon Governor signs bill suspending math reading proficiency requirements for high school graduates. Oh boy.

And yes, this is Fox. So yes, it's biased in terms of the reporting. But I think the facts itself are egregious. Regardless, Governor Kate Brown, the Oregon Democrat signed a bill last month with little fanfare that drops the requirement that high school students prove proficiency in reading, writing, or math before graduation a report said the Oregonian reported that the governor has seemed to avoid discussion discussing Senate bill 744.

Her move to sign the bill was quote, not public until recently, because her office did not hold a signing ceremony or issue press release. The paper also pointed out that the bill was first signed on July 14th, but not added into the state's database until July 29th due to a glitch in the system. I see that's like a convenient way to just, you know, provide an excuse for everything. Oh, it was a glitch.

Brown's office did not immediately respond to an after hours email from Fox News and June state lawmakers voted to approve the bill that suspended the requirements for students for three years. Foundations for a better Oregon said in a statement at the time that the bill is intended to quote, truly reflect what every student needs to thrive in the 21st century. Whatever student needs to thrive in the 21st century is less math skills, less reading proficiency. It's about right.

You know, if they want a population that is arrested developments and, and you know, the lowered and critical thinking and stuff like that. Yeah, of course, that makes sense. Supporters of the bill insist that considering math and reading essential skills has been an unfair challenge for students who do not test well, please come on. You know, there is something to be said about only focusing on math and reading skills as part of the educational curriculum.

Maybe if you can add in different types of skill sets, whether it be artistic or pattern recognition, there's all sorts of other things that you can include, you know, because education in terms of its traditional sense was meant to get people educated enough to go into the workforce. And by that, I mean, work at factories, work in offices, you know, they weren't really educating the children on entrepreneurship or starting businesses or learning about the stock market or even none of the things that are like a real world. So I can understand the criticism to a degree. However, the answer is not, oh, let's just lower the barrier.

The goal would be to raise everybody up in terms of education. Let's raise the level for everybody, not just lower it because some people are having issues. This is the same issue with, you know, handing out trophies to everybody for participation. You know, everyone wins gold.

Everybody gets a gold medal. No, that's just ridiculous. Charles Boyle, the deputy communications director from Brown's Office told the paper in an email that staff from the governor's office informed legislative staffers about the bills that signing on the day was passed. He also said that the new standards for graduation will help benefit the state's black Latino Latinx indigenous Asian Pacific Islander tribal and students of color.

The paper reported that the bill could stay in effect for five years until new requirements. Okay, so there you go. Governors sneaking in bills. Of course, you know, not making a public is also not a good look for the governor of Oregon, knowing that they're going to be backlash, not just from conservatives, but likely from local people there in their own backyard in Oregon.

But in any case, it just seems like a lot of the public education, government sponsored education, it was no good to begin with. But now it's just getting to a point where it's off the charts. You know, the homeschool thing is starting to sound better and better. And for the most part, that's kind of how education happened throughout most of history is from parents and, you know, community leaders and stuff like that didn't happen from government sponsored education institutions.

So something to go on or at least a report on the patterns or the theme here about governors messing things up. There was another clip that went viral in the realm of education. This is a heartbreaking clip of a teacher resigning after rejecting critical race theory. And I had to do my clip.

I'm going to play the whole thing. She says she is a Christian, and she also gets cut off at the end, which goes to show the just the disgusting nature of bureaucracy here. My name is Laura Morris. I have been a teacher in Loudoun County Public Schools for five years and a teacher for 10.

In that time, I have learned so much being on the cutting edge of educational technology and working with the diverse population of students that I have loved. This year, I have the privilege to follow my amazing fourth graders up to fifth. And I have been excited about this all summer. On the other hand, this summer, I have struggled with the idea of returning to school, knowing that I'll be working yet again with the school division, that despite its shiny tech and flashy salary promotes political ideologies that do not square with who I am as a believer in Christ.

After reading about your lack of consideration for the growing population of concerned citizens in this division, clearly evidenced by this empty room tonight where you shut the doors to the public, as well as the emails sent by the superintendent last year reminding me that a dissenting opinion is not allowed even to be spoken in my personal life. Going so far as to send a form to my colleagues and I encouraging us to fill it out if we hear one another speaking against the controversial policies being promoted by this school board and adopted in this county. Not only that, but within the last year, I was told in one of my so-called equity trainings that white Christian, able-bodied females currently have the power in our schools and that quote, this has to change. Clearly, you've made your point.

You no longer value me or many other teachers you've employed in this county. So since my contract outlines the power that you have over my employment in Loudoun County public schools, I thought it necessary to resign in front of you. School board, I quit. I quit your policies.

I quit your trainings and I quit being a ca- in a machine that tells me to push highly politicized agendas on our most vulnerable constituents, the children. I will find employment elsewhere. I encourage all parents and staff in this county to flood the private schools. And cut off.

Really, really a disturbing clip there and I feel horrible for this teacher and it makes these officials here. The camera on the video footage here is a live feed of the courtroom or I guess it's the court. And they're just sitting there. Blank faces, masks on their faces, most of them, not all of them.

And they're just, ooh, okay, cut them off, cut her off. I don't know. It's just sad. It's sad that we're at this point where people don't care.

These leaders don't care. They have an agenda. It's not an agenda that helps the common citizen. It's their own agenda.

And who cares? Who cares if a white Christian teacher resigns and is upset? Yeah, that's the whole point, right? Critical race theory.

She's in charge. Good that she cries because she's no longer in charge of our education system. It is unbelievable. It's disturbing.

It's disgusting. And it's very sad to see that we are at that point in this country. And part of the former president Trump being censored off Twitter and stuff like that, that was, in my opinion, just declaring on call for these big tech groups to just go ahead and censor whoever at whatever point in time. And that's what happened to Senator Rand Paul.

This is a CNN report. Pay attention to how this reporter reports Rand Paul's concerns and just ignores some of the talking points about what Rand Paul brought up. You know, this is going to definitely punctuate the fact that he at this one specific time is putting out a lot of misinformation, but that he has a pattern of it as well with me. Absolutely.

This is another example of what a lot of people have been calling for, which is the social media sites to take on more responsibility for perpetuating misinformation. So now they're taking a more hard line approach just getting rid of this information when they see it. Rand Paul is the latest example of that. She said a lot of people calling for who is that?

That is the most unscientific statement ever. A lot of people are calling for this type of censorship. Who? Like lefty fascist?

Who are you talking about, anchor lady? You too, Gabe Kentucky Senator, his first strike, which prevents him from uploading any new videos on the platform for seven days, as you mentioned before, a spokesperson for YouTube said that they made the decision after a video he posted to his channel Tuesday, included multiple statements, contradicting health authorities. We don't want to get too much oxygen to misinformation out there. We don't want to use that context for people to just hear a little bit of it.

But for context in this situation, I think it's important you guys hear this. So, okay. She's about to quote Rand Paul, but she doesn't want to give too much credit to Rand Paul because, you know, he's censored and he's bad, bad person spreading this information. But for context, sake, I don't know if you caught that.

She basically said, I don't want to take him out of context, but for context, sake, here's what he said. You know, use that context for people to just hear a little bit of it, but for context in this situation, I think it's important you guys hear this. So, according to spokesperson, Senator Paul falsely said, quote, trying to shape human behavior isn't the same as following the actual science, which tells us cloth masks don't work. The reality is public health experts agree.

Hoth masks offer at least some protection. Public, would you say public experts? A cloth mask reality is public health experts agree. Public health experts agree.

Okay, public health experts agree. And then that they work sometimes. She even says that. A cloth masks offer at least some protection against the virus.

Provide at least some protection. I got this ISO from last episode just because, you know, it's fun. But I think I think it's apropos here. Satan federal health officials.

Satan federal health officials. Now you're talking about lady, the Satan federal health officials. experts agree. Cloth masks offer at least some protection against the virus.

Still, Senator Paul took to Twitter to voice his frustrations calling the suspension a badge of honor and adding that left wing credence that you to banning me for seven days for video that quotes two peer reviewed articles saying cloth masks don't work. So obviously he's very frustrated again. Obviously he's very frustrated. He just said he quoted two peer reviewed journal articles.

And he's, you know, he's a badge of honor. But yes, he said he did the video. He quotes two peer reviewed articles. And then he still got taken down.

Yeah, he'll be frustrated. It's just hilarious how they tiptoe around the elephant in the room here. I don't know. It's like, oh, you just listen to the health experts.

Well, here's a couple health experts that Rand Paul quoted, but because it doesn't toe the line of the narrative, bye bye. Bye bye Rand Paul for at least a week anyway. Saying cloth masks don't work. So obviously he's very frustrated again.

This comes right after Congresswoman, we're doing a great one-way suspended from Twitter yesterday for falsely claiming that vaccines are failing and ineffective, which is true as we'll see. Statement is not false there by Marjorie Taylor Greene. The stories have come out. And the scientific papers have suggested as much that only 42% of the mRNA vaccines were effective in the month of July.

We'll get to that in a moment here. But let's look at what Rand Paul actually said. I don't know that this was the exact video that was taken down, but he did publish a video on Twitter, his Twitter page. And some of it, again, a lot of that I agree with in terms of what Rand Paul is saying.

But there are a couple points of concern here for coming out this objectively. But let me just play for you what Rand Paul said. It's time for us to resist. They can't arrest all of us.

They can't keep all of your kids home from school. They can't keep every government building closed. Although I've got a long list of ones they might keep closed or might ought to keep closed. We don't have to accept the mandates, lockdowns, and harmful policies of the petty tyrants and bureaucrats.

We can simply say no, not again. Nancy Pelosi, you will not arrest or stop me or anyone on my staff from doing our jobs. We have either had COVID, had the vaccine, or been offered the vaccine. We will make our own health choices.

We will not show you a passport. We will not wear a mask. We will not be forced into random screenings and testings so you can continue your drunk with power, rain over the Capitol. President Biden, we will not accept your agency's mandates or your reported move towards a lockdown.

No one should follow the CDC's anti-science mask mandates. And if you want to shut down federal agencies again, some of which aren't even back to work yet, I will stop every bill coming through the Senate with an amendment to cut their funding if they don't come back to work in person. Local bureaucrats and union bosses, we will not allow you to do more harm to our children again this year. Children are not at any more risk from COVID than they are from the seasonal flu.

Every adult who works in schools has either had the vaccine or had their chance to get vaccinated. There is no reason for mask mandates, part-time schools, or any lockdown measures. Children are falling behind in school and are being harmed physically and psychologically by the tactics that you have used to keep them from the classroom during the last year. We won't allow it again.

If a school system attempts to keep children from full-time in-person school, I will hold up every bill with two amendments, one to defund them and another to allow parents the choice of where the money goes for their child's education. Do I sound fed up to you? That's because I am. I've been telling everyone for a year now that Dr.

Fauci and other public health bureaucrats were not following the science and I've been proven right time and time again. But I'm not the only one who's fed up. I can't go anywhere these days without people coming up and thanking me for standing up for them. I see members of Congress refusing to comply with petty tyrant Pelosi.

We are, at a moment of truth and acrossroads, will we allow these people to use fear and propaganda to do further harm to our society, economy and children? Or will we stand together and say, absolutely not. Not this time, I choose freedom. So again, a lot of what he said there makes sense.

I think I resonate with it more than not. But it was some of the stuff at the very beginning when he talks about, you can't arrest us all. Threatening Pelosi that like, hey, you will not arrest my people or whatever it is. That kind of language is interesting because it's almost baiting the other side to start arresting people that are not compliant.

And for the people that are hardcore Republican conservative right wingers that support people like Rand Paul, extended to Rand Paul to expect being arrested. Now, most people that I know, and just in general, this is a generalization, but I'll just make it for the sake of the conversation here. Most people who are conservative, right wing support, you know, people like Rand Paul, who are Republican, but has kind of a libertarian flavor, they are armed. They are well armed.

And if there is a, a push to start arresting a lot of these people, rest assured they will fire back. They will not go down quietly. So that's just part of my concern in terms of he's setting up in the minds of his followers and people that lean right, that generally agree with everything he says here, to start to expect a certain level of arrests to be attempted upon them. And the language, that's what I guess what I'm trying to say is that in looking at the right left paradigm objectively from a narrow middle, obviously, you look at the left side of the political spectrum and you think, my goodness, this is just all nonsensical, ridiculous craziness, you look at the right side.

Okay, yeah, there's a little bit more agreeable talking points, but also very much like, Hey, gear guns ready, this is, you know, we're about to get bloody here. And that's a part that's a little troubling to me. Does he know something? Does he know that there's going to be a mass effort to try to arrest as many people who are unvaccinated or not wearing masks or whatever?

Are they going to start pushing for that? And if you see the right left paradigm working against each other, it seems like that's where stuff is headed. And that's not good for anybody, especially people in the middle that are like, okay, what's the objective science here? And why can't we just, you know, be on our way?

Why do we have to either blow out our guns to shoot you or defend ourselves in that way, or be totally for it for the lockdowns and the masks and everything else? There's no way to have that narrow path. It's either one or the other. So that's, you know, it's a light criticism, if you will, because again, generally speaking, I tend to agree with Dr.

Rand Paul here and generally agree with his sentiments. And you know, he did make some statements about what he would do if they tried to do certain things or the left tried to do certain things in terms of enforcing that kind of behavior from the police or whoever. Maybe the UN, a unipole, we'll have to see. But regardless, that's a Rand Paul situation there.

And we'll just have to see how things continue to unfold. And yeah, the right left paradigm, the divide and conquer working very well. If you ask me, it just seems like people are more and more split on these issues. And that's why it's also a little, not suspicious in the right word, because Rand Paul has been on some of these talking points for a while.

It's not surprising. But to really step out and push back against the CDC, which, you know, I'm trumpeted that a little bit too, but well, Trump is more against like the World Health Organization. But really pushing back against the CDC is interesting to me. And the fact that he's banned on YouTube, these are all virtue signals for the right.

And I just want people to be aware that there is an agenda, there's always an agenda for dividing conquer, and don't fall for the hype on one side, you know, just as much as don't fall for the other side, spitting nonsense, which a lot of the left side of the political spectrum tend to do like we saw in this scene in a report. So just want people to stay objective, to stay watchful, to, you know, not have a spirit of fear, but of a sound mind, as the scriptures tell us. All right, we got a few watching updates here. All right, speaking of the CDC and the elite of the, the scientific dictatorship that is unfolding right before our eyes, Dr.

Anthony Fauci was on MSNBC. He was asked about mandating vaccines and masks and locking down and everything else. And here's what he said. Yeah, I'm gonna upset some people on this, but I think we should.

I mean, we are in a critical situation now. We've had 615,000 plus deaths, and we are in a major surge now, as we're going into the fall into the school season. This is very serious business. You would wish that people would see why it's so important to get vaccinated.

But you're not going to get mandates centrally from the federal government. But when you're talking about local mandates, mandates for schools, for teachers, for universities, for colleges, I'm sorry. I mean, I know people must like to have their individual freedom and not be told to do something. But I think we're in such a serious situation now that under certain circumstances, mandates should be done.

Oh, man, see, I side by side with the Rand Paul clip. That's that's troubling right there with what Fauci said, because Rand Paul is pushing freedom and Fauci is pushing. I know you like your personal freedom, but this can get really, really ugly coming in the fall here. And I am concerned about how things are going to start playing out in the streets, really, not just online, not just on news or whatever, but people really carrying out their ideologies on the streets against people, random people that they don't know, you know, or in groups or whatever it is.

Everybody's being charged on either side of the aisle, and that's something to pay attention to. But on the face of value here, troubling stuff said there by Dr. Fauci about your personal freedom. Schools for teachers for universities for colleges.

I'm sorry. I mean, I know people must like to have their individual freedom and not be told to do something. But I think we're in such a serious situation now that under certain circumstances, mandates should be done. There's nothing new about Fauci saying, you know, do what you're told.

We have that clip somewhere. I don't think I have it on the board. I'd have to pull it up and I don't have the capacity to do it all right now. But there's that clip of Fauci saying, you know, do what you're told.

So it's like, okay, all right. I wanted to bring also to your attention a campaign to get young people vaccinated. And this comes from I guess the CDC in the White House. Benny Johnson tweeted out, I've obtained the confidential White House PR email sent to TikTok influencers, begging them to quote, do an intimate Zoom call with Dr.

Fauci, the goal is to influence children as young as 12. How much did the White House pay for this cringe video? And the screenshot has a picture of, I don't know, I saw a video, I'm not going to play the video here, but it's a younger gentleman, he's got nails done, he's kind of, I don't know, he's not exactly trans, he's more like a, I don't know, like a half female type, but he's a guy, he's a guy biologically, he's got like women's nails, and he's, he has this whole skit with Jen Psaki, and I don't know, it was a really weird creepy video, I don't know who was supposed to convince. But let me read the part of the letter that was that went public here.

This was again sent to TikTokers by the White House. We have highly sensitive but pretty incredible opportunity. We'd love to discuss for blank. It's a redacted.

We have been working with Dr. Fauci and the White House as featured on the front page of the New York Times to fight vaccine lies, authorities recruit an influencer army and handpicked select influencers to do an intimate one-on-one Zoom call with Dr. Fauci. The goal is to have redacted, ask questions on behalf of redacted community, and educate young people around the vaccine as there is a massive need to grow awareness within the 12 to 25 age demo.

Wow, the White House team and our team agree that given redacted voice and influence within this crucial demo, redacted would be great for this special opportunity. We love to get on a phone call ideally redacted to go over details and see if it's the right fit. Can you let us know when you're available to touch base? We're moving fast and have only a few available slots that we can fill, so please let us know ASAP.

So a few TikTokers took up the offer. This first one is with this kid here. You know this kid has, I have no idea who he is. I don't know how old he is.

He has what looks like tattoos on his arms. At the end of this video, he gets the vaccine on camera. He's got some earrings, whatever, you know, whatever. But this was one of the examples of a TikTok video, a TikToker influencer having a conversation with Dr.

Fauci. I had a couple questions about the vaccine. We don't know the long term negative health effects of the COVID shots. A lot of rumors about, you know, phone sticking to arms.

Can you help me weigh the pros and cons of getting vaccinated? That's a great question, Jacob, that a lot of people ask. And a lot of the things that you're referring to are just ridiculous myths. You know, do I become magnetic?

Do you put a chip in me so I could follow you around? Stuff that got to you got to use your TikTok medium to debunk that nonsense. The benefit of the vaccine overwhelmingly outstrips any of the theoretical risks of something bad happening to you. But if they occur, they're as spectacularly rare.

Well, thank you so much. Well, you're welcome. It's a pleasure to be with you. Take care of yourself.

Shall I relax my arms? Sure. Because my heart's not relaxed right now. Yeah, Jabs.

Awesome. You happy Dr. Fauci? You happy Dr.

Fauci? I'm 14 years old. I have large TikTok following. I got jab after talking to Dr.

Fauci. Can you say child abuse? I mean, straight up. This seems like child abuse to me.

And absolute propaganda. You know, shameless propaganda. Oh, let's just get to the TikTok influencers and have them, you know, push this vaccine thing for 12 to 25 year olds. No regard.

This is no regard. This is this is ridiculous. Yeah, I don't know who this kid is. I don't know how old he is.

He looks very young, but we'll see. Yeah, butterfly tattoos on his wrist or his forearm. Good job, buddy. Keep it up.

All right, there's one more here. There's another one. Cut out a little section of it just for time's sake. But here's another influencer talking to Dr.

Fauci. Hi, Dr. Fauci. It's such an honor to meet you.

It's my pleasure, Claudia. It's really great to be with you. So we're trying to have a Vax girl summer in just one sentence. Can you help me convince my friends who aren't vaccinated yet to get vaccinated so that I can invite them to my whole party?

When you are vaccinated, you are protected from getting infected. Not true. Not true, by the way. And you are protected from getting anybody else infected.

Not true. Because if you don't get infected, you're not going to spread it to anybody else. Get vaccinated and have your crew bought it. And what will you miss out on this summer if you're not vaccinated?

Well, if you're not vaccinated, what you'll miss out on is that feeling of protection to know feeling of protection, feeling of protection, not actual protection that you are protected. You don't need to wear a mask. You could be outside. You could be not true.

So you just came out and said everyone else were masked and vaccinated. Lie or Fauci inside. If you don't want constraints, for goodness sakes, go get vaccinated and you could just get rid of all your constraints there. This is ridiculously, I don't know, makes me upset.

Makes me mad. Because just the smugness, you know about the Fauci smug thing, but just the way he talks, I know this is supposed to be for younger people or whatever, the propaganda for 12 to 25 year olds. But this is just condescending like, oh, if you don't get the virus, you can't spread the virus. And then if you don't get sick, then you can't get other people sick.

It's like, oh my gosh, it's not even true. Number one, a number two, just the attitude of Fauci here. And these TikTok influencers, oh, I have an idea. Let's have a, what was it called?

Vax girl summer. I want to have a pool party and I want to make sure I'm vaccinated. Sorry. I grew up around girls that had the Valley Girl thing going, so I experienced a lot of girls talk like that.

And it was infuriating at the time. It's infuriating now. Anyway, so there you go. There's a couple examples of the TikTok propaganda machinery with Dr.

Fauci who's stoked to talk to all these young people to get to get to get the jab, just get it, don't ask any questions, just get to jab. Meanwhile, in Lithuania, massive protests, 100,000 gather outside EU member Lithuanian Parliament this weekend demanding end to COVID passports and protesters erect to make shift gallows in the streets. And I have a video here. I didn't actually clip it.

I'll play it. It's just a large crowd waving flags and just protesting, protesting against the vaccine passports, which seems to be a lot of people in a lot of countries all over the world. Nobody likes this. And yeah, I think there is something to be said about a false kind of fake awakening, false uprising type of deal, but it's always a dividing honker thing.

So don't fall for one or the other. You can agree with some of the talking points, but anytime there's a movement like this, I tend to keep my eyes peeled even more, because it allows the more authoritarian side to act and behave in ways that are overtly authoritarian because everybody knows that what they're doing is authoritarian now, so they don't have to pretend they could just do it. And that's the troubling thing here. And let's go to Israel here.

Drown strikes have saved lives. Can we shoot them down if we're our property drones? Times of Israel.com. This is still concerning the pandemic special here.

Police to use drones with loudspeakers to encourage mask wearing. That's not dystopian at all, Israel. The Israel Israel police will start using drones during its enforcement of COVID-19 restrictions, Channel 12 news reports. The drones will have a loudspeaker through which cops will encourage people to wear face masks.
