Down With Boring #0153: Prima Queen

Down With Boring returns, and this week we’re joined by special guests Prima Queen. With their debut album ‘The Prize’, the London-based indie-rock duo Louise Macphail and Kristin McFadden are fulfilling all that much talked about potential in style – and this is their reward. The poor souls. Elsewhere, we’re delving deep into Julien Baker and TORRES’s highly-anticipated collaborative album ‘Send A Prayer My Way’, a soulful and intimate collection rooted in their shared Southern heritage. We’ll also spin brand-new tunes from Chloe Qisha, Addison Rae, Fontaines D.C., and KennyHoopla—each bringing something fresh and distinct to the big pop ‘table’. Plus, we’re breaking down the buzzworthy moments from Coachella, including The Weeknd’s Ferris wheel takeover and Katy Perry’s boundary-pushing 11-whole-minutes in space.
