Downey Fresh (w/ Conner Stoddard)

When he picked against Downey High of Modesto in the Week 7 Thursday Pick 'Em episode, SportStars editor Chace Bryson vowed to bring Downey quarterback Conner Stoddard on to the show if the Knights won. And they did — topping Turlock 24-22 thanks to a last-minute scoring drive led by Stoddard. So Chace and co-host Ben Enos welcomed the senior standout for a talk about the comeback win, his chemistry with his receivers, and what's been behind the team's 7-0 start. Chace and Ben also break down their games from last week, including thoughts on St. Mary's-Stockton finally besting De La Salle in a 45-35 barnburner. The hosts also dive into thoughts on some of NorCal's top leagues in a round of "Fill The Gap." Finally, Coach Terry Eidson makes his weekly visit and also shares his thoughts on De La Salle's loss in Stockton. Also, now that he's seen all of NorCal's heavyweights in person, the hosts ask him what team he thinks is the most well-rounded.
