'Downhill After a Camping Trip' & 'Clearing Up Family Confusion' & 'Suing His Super Mom'

from Judge Mathis Podcast · host Telepictures

First, The plaintiff was married to the defendant and says their son needed to have a major surgery, so they agreed on a payment plan. She says the defendant stopped paying the bills after he got into an argument with their son, so she’s suing for unpaid medical bills and emotional distress. The defendant refuses to pay because he’s not on speaking terms with his son.  Then, The plaintiff has been wanting to find her father for a long time. She believes she and the defendant are half-sisters, so she’s petitioning the court for a DNA test. The defendant says her dad was in prison for 21 years, and when he got out, he mentioned the plaintiff might be her sister. She’s eager to learn the results of the DNA test.  Plus, The plaintiff brings his mother to court. He says his mom raised him and his seven siblings well, while his father was an alcoholic. He claims the defendant got a car and registered it in his name without his permission, and she got tickets and his license got suspended. He’s suing for emotional distress and the cost of getting a boot removed. The defendant admits she put the car in her son’s name but says she did it with her son’s permission.  Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode.
