Downton Files [kat330 Mash-up]

from kat330B · host kat3thirty

While most of US tuned into that ball-maul Bowl Sunday eve, JT and I caught up with Scully & Mulder's latest reincarnation followed by the newest Abbey episode. If not for this viewing serendipity, quite possibly my keen ear would never have connected the dots—dots as ♪♪ in this case—to produce this brand new Kat Mash. And yes, those are my own "la-la-las" at the end. It's a seamless quickie both in length and in time taken to turn it out. I encourage you to visit my other similarly seamless mashup involving serendipity here: https://soundcloud.com/kat330/rogue-world Also inspired to produce quickly, JT Lindroos provided me the track artwork. Kiitos, Sweetos! ♥ And speaking still of speed, we also watched on Superbowl Sunday a Harold Lloyd 1928 classic entitled "Speedy," allowing me a good excuse to include a delightful quote from this silent film's captions: "Outside the sun almost refused to come out because it could still see stars." ☼ Credits: Mark Snow is the composer of the X-Files theme, and John Lunn is composer of the Downton Abbey Theme.
