While the casino and sportsbook are ready to go, hotel construction lags behind. Through the use of three previous gaming entitlements, Circa remains firm on opening to the public on Wednesday, Oct. 28. The hotel will stage a partial opening towards the end of December. Stevens purchased the former Las Vegas Club, Glitter Gulch adult club and Mermaids to build Circa.
