Today I have the great pleasure of sharing a recent conversation that I had with the brilliant Dr Adam Fraser. This is the second time that I have spoken with Adam for the podcast and it was a huge privilege to speak with him again. Here is our first discussion.  For those that are not aware, he is a peak performance researcher who helps people strive to achieve better performance in everything they do. He has worked with elite athletes and sporting teams, special forces soldiers and business leaders.
