Dr. Bernard Coetzee wins the Jennifer Ward Oppenheimer Grant

The South African University of Witwatersrand's Dr. Bernard Coetzee has been announced as the winner of the second, annual 150-thousand US dollars Jennifer Ward Oppenheimer Grant. Dr Coetzee, who is with the university's Global Change Institute was selected from a record entry of 217 applications from 26 different countries in Africa.
