Dr Bruce Bugbee is an American scientist who specialises in plant science and biology. His work includes research into space farming with NASA and at Utah State University, where he is the Director of the Crop Physiology Laboratory. We talk about growing plants on Mars, the Moon and the problems that may arise growing in environments like that.
