With a diverse career spanning roles such as Certified Financial Planning Professional, nonprofit CEO, professor, higher education administrator, and entrepreneur, Dr. Young has always centered his work around the pivotal interaction between teacher and student. He is the co-founder of the Leadership Excellence Academy for Nonprofits (LEAN) and serves as the President of Maverick Class LLC.
