Dr. Deana Porterfield- When Calling Meets Courage

Dr. Deana Porterfield is Seattle Pacific University’s 12th president and the first woman to hold the office since the institution’s founding in 1891. In this episode, she shares the surprising journey that led her to this role and how she followed God’s leading along the way. Deana and her husband, Doug, have been married for 34 years and are the proud parents of two married daughters and grandparents to five grandchildren.
