Dr. Grace Lee – Quantum Leap Accelerator

Dr. Grace Lee is not a typical brain and behavior expert with a PhD in Neuroscience. Rather, she is a career educator, quantum leap accelerator, and strategic reinventionist on a mission to end the separation between work and fulfillment. To that end, she is building a global mass movement called Career Revisionist, a term she created to represent an identity of empowered individuals resolved to feel inspired by what they do. Careers are built much like a business is built. And Dr. Grace believes that a great career is built like a great business, using proven principles of business development. An Educator An educator focused on excellence, Dr. Grace has said, "No matter what your educational or vocational background, behind every success there is a mountain of obstacles and an ocean of unfavorable odds. Everything looks like a failure halfway through. Progress often disguises itself as problems when in fact it is evidence of growth and improvement." Humble Beginnings With a 10-year background helping professionals reinvent their careers, Dr. Grace has deep empathy for those from very humble beginnings. Her personal journey from being orphaned and then homeless at the age of 9 provided the backdrop for her to develop resilience and resourcefulness to survive. After a serendipitous meeting with an older couple who would later become her adoptive parents, Dr. Grace found that her story was resonating, especially how she leveraged education as her "ticket to freedom".  Today, Dr. Grace helps professionals to reinvent their careers through her coaching and her programs that are rooted in neuroscience. Her clients learn to discover their purpose, decide on a career direction, build their dream career, and grow their income.
