Dr. Hossein Jarrahi - Associate Professor, Information Science (February 4, 2022)

Dr. Hossein Jarrahi is an Associate Professor of Information Science at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He completed his undergraduate studies in Public Administration in Iran, where he worked in web development as a side passion. Aiming to combine public administration with web development, he pursued the field of information systems at the London School of Economics. At UNC Chapel Hill, Dr. Jarrahi researches and teaches about the role of information technology in organizational contexts. Dr. Jarrahi’s research also examines the adoption of artificial intelligence in shaping and managing knowledge-based work practices.
