NGOs such as Gift of the Givers are working to provide flood victims with food, clothing and other essentials. Death toll from the floods is over 400  (at 443 yesterday afternoon). Have you  identifyied areas that suffered severe damage and what is the enormity of the need? In terms of relief, what items are most needed? How can we help? Gift of the Givers In a Facebook post, Gift of the Givers said “hot meals, blankets, bottled water, warm clothes, sanitary pads and [nappies] are the initial requirements for those in low-lying areas who have lost their material possessions.
