Dr. James Jung is a former Army combat veteran who, after serving in combat environments, started on his own path to understanding and treating trauma. He is now a psychiatrist specializing in PTSD and currently serves as the Director of Behavioral Health for ZEAM Health & Wellness (www.Zeamhealth.com), where he leads a mental health team providing comprehensive whole-person mental health care, including neurofeedback.   In addition to his clinical work, he co-founded the nonprofit Inner Depths Freediving (https://www.innerdepthsfreediving.org/team), where he serves as the Mental Health Program Director.
