Dr. Jennifer LeComte on Serving Individuals with Special Needs

Dr. Jennifer LeComte is the medical director of the Rowan-Virtua Regional Integrated Special Needs (RISN) Center. The RISN Center is South Jersey's first primary care practice dedicated to serving the needs of individuals with complex special needs. With March being National Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, get to know Dr. LeComte and how she embraces the "medical home" model to ensure her patients have coordinated and personalized care plans.
