For December 2023 we are revisiting one of our most popular podcasts of all time, where Dr Joe Bourne, now Chief Medical Officer at Manatū Hauora / Ministry of Health shares his leadership story and what keeps him on track.   This is an opportunity to reflect on the Covid19 pandemic from the viewpoint of “the new normal” in which we live and to celebrate what we collectively acheived through that time.   Season 1 of the New Zealand General Practice Podcast is a collection of stories of what brings people joy in general practice, and what they do to increase job satisfaction and the culture of the teams they work in.
