Dr. Jon Paul Joins DTS

Writer, Speaker, and Social Justice Educator Dr Jon Paul joins Ally and James on Drop the Subject to discuss how race is taught in schools. They look at the trickle down effect that takes place in the education system where racial bias is not something that is discussed where teachers are learning than how that bias movies into the classroom that they later teach. And on the other side of that, the teachers that do want to have those conversations are often limited by the school district out of fear that parents may become uncomfortable.
