She has a Masters of Science in Conflict Management from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelors in Accounting with a minor in Information Systems from Georgia State University. She is certified in the Zachman Framework for Enterprise Architecture. She also holds a certification in EQ-i, an emotional intelligence assessment tool. Judy is a Fellow and Past International President of the Society for Technical Communication.
