Send us Fan MailDr. Kathy L. Guthrie is an Associate Professor of Higher Education in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at Florida State University. In addition to teaching, Dr. Guthrie also serves as the director of the Leadership Learning Research Center and coordinates the Undergraduate Certificate in Leadership Studies. Dr. Guthrie has authored and co-authored more than 30 refereed journal articles, six book chapters, two books, and co-edited three monographs and an additional book. The winner of multiple awards and honors, Kathy is an editorial board member of the Journal of Leadership Education and Journal of College and Character.
