His twenty-year career in higher education has involved leading and advising effective executive operations and integrated strategic planning and delivery. Among his notable achievements: helping launch a new medical school, helping launch a joint Harvard-Brigham public health research center, and overseeing the planning and development of an institutional strategic plan. Khaleel earned a doctorate in higher education management with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania.
