The primary focus of her practice is helping people build healthier relationships - both personally and professionally- in healthier and effective ways, faster. Kristin knows that one main reason why people seek therapy is that they feel stuck in their life and need better skills and strategies to get unstuck. She knows that although people come to her to overcome their challenges, working collaboratively to come up with long-lasting solutions. She has an office in Hoboken, NJ, and NYC (Financial District).After she received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology, she moved to NYC in 2012 from Central PA because she recognized that she had a need to 'run towards life' rather than letting life pass her by. She has never looked back.
