Dr. Lillian Lodge Kopenhaver ’62 on Women in Communication & The Sisterhood

Dr. Lillian Lodge Kopenhaver '62 wears many hats in New Jersey and Florida. Kopenhaver is dean emeritus and professor emeritus for the School of Journalism and Mass Communications at Florida International University. Also, she is the executive director for the Center for the Advancement of Women In Communication at FIU. Meanwhile, she stayed true her roots as a Glassboro State College/Rowan University alumna. In a new episode of Beyond the Brown & Gold, Dr. Kopenhaver talks about her time in Glassboro as a student and what it means to give back to Rowan University now through numerous philanthropic ventures. Plus, she offers advice to young female professionals on how they can get ahead in communication. She even answers a controversial question...does Central Jersey truly exist?
