Send us Fan MailLet’s ChatDr. Manuela Maria Vazquez is the Founder of LaMaria, a brand that creates clean skincare for women’s life stages and transitions. As a board-certified OB/GYN, Dr. Vazquez brings her 12 years of expertise into a new category with a mission to create products that evoke a sense of pride in a woman. LaMaria was founded as a result of Dr. Vazquez being underwhelmed with the over-the-counter feminine care products she was having to recommend to her patients. These products have little-to-no scientific backing, are filled with unnatural chemicals, and come in lackluster packaging that contributes to the harmful taboo that female and vaginal wellness items are shameful. Dr. Vazquez’s mother, Maria, raised her to value women’s wellbeing, this is what inspired her to become a gynecologist, and with that inherited belief that women are meant to be celebrated, honored, and respected, Dr. Vazquez set out to develop a feminine wellness brand that would not only be based on this ideology but on the natural hormonal changes in a woman’s life to nurture our authentic beauty through the ages. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/skincareanarchy/messageSupport this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/skincareanarchy/supportSupport the Show.Follow The Show On All Socials Using The Tag @skincareanarchy Hosted on Acast.
