Dr. Mary Cooper (Mental Health and Gun Voliance) Introduction: Dr. Mary Ellen Cooper from Evans, Georgia is a best selling author and college professor who holds two undergraduate degrees, one in psychology and the other in music (with a double major in vocal and piano performance), a Master of Arts degree in Counseling, A Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in leadership and a PhD in human services with a specialization in counseling.
