Family doctors that have more than 2000 people to look after can only firefight.   The social determinants of health affect health in rural areas just as they do on the peripheries of cities.  Climate change and planetary health is sometimes not accepted as a problem.  Scientific articles do not always communicate the issue well for a broader audience. The importance of education to sensitize people and raise awareness.  Climate change affects health in many ways such as heat stress, air pollution, food production, and natural disasters. Nothing grows forever, why do we think that the economy can grow forever?   We need to change how we do things in healthcare, are we thinking about sustainability? We can not continue business as usual.  Are we producing health?  The importance of doing projects with the community.  Communication is key, from evidence to communities, and from communities into evidence.
