Dr. Melinda Boone - Up Close and Personal

In the first 30 days of her tenure as Superintendent of Norfolk Public Schools, Dr. Melinda Boone spent most of her time listening and searching for answers to these questions: 1) What's working well in NPS? 2) What are the most pressing issues in NPS? 3) What are the top 3-5 challenges as we enter the second semester? She listened to a variety of stakeholders, including citizens of Norfolk.
