Dr. Mistry and Donna Lee Talk About Foreskin, the Buried Penis, and Testosterone Replacement Pellets

from The Armor Men's Health Show · host Dr. Sandeep Mistry and Donna Lee

Thanks for tuning in to the Armor Men’s Health Hour Podcast today, where we bring you the latest and greatest in urology care and the best urology humor out there. In this segment Dr. Mistry and Donna Lee answer a listener's question about foreskin. Potential problems with an uncircumcised penis include the predisposition to cancer, recurrent infections of the head of the penis, recurrent urinary tract infections, and even cause pain during intercourse. To avoid these issues and to make proper hygiene easier, the simplest solution is circumcision. Other problems related to the foreskin include a buried penis, lichen sclerosis, Balanitis Xerotica Obliterans (BXO), and/or urethral stricture disease. While many of these conditions are caused or exacerbated by being overweight, the removal of excess fat from the region by a plastic surgeon can restore the patient's penile length and girth. Dr. Mistry also councils a patient over-paying for testosterone pellet therapy at a hormone replacement clinic. At NAU Urology Specialists, top-of-the line quality testosterone pellet therapy costs only about $100 per month. This price also covers holistic care including the monitoring of estrogen levels, obstructive sleep apnea, cognitive functioning, weight, and overall energy levels. If you have a urology and health-related question that you would like to hear answered on the air, please email your questions to [email protected].
