SGLN is funded by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and managed by the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI).At HCLI, Dr. Zafar is the Chief Experience Officer (CXO), responsible for leading the client engagement, strategic marketing, and alumni relations teams.
