Dr. Neil Grunberg: The Art of Followership and Leadership in Healthcare

What is the optimal model for leadership?    Dr. Neil Grunberg is a professor of Military and emergency medicine, medical and clinical psychology, and neuroscience in the Uniform Services University School of Medicine. He's a professor in the Graduate School of Nursing, Director of Research and Development, Director of Leadership and Education Development Program and The Director of Faculty for MEM. He's a Chair of Faculty Mentoring and Development for the ANE. He's a Medical and Social Psychologist who has been on faculties with the USU since 1979.   Dr. Neil Grunberg earned his baccalaureate degrees in Medical Microbiology and Psychology from Stanford University. He earned his master of the Arts and Master's Philosophy and PhD degrees from Physiological and Social Psychology from Columbia University. He also serves as the co-founder of the International Leaders Association Healthcare Leadership Community and a member of the Working Group for the World Leadership Network.
