Loja.- El Dr. Patricio Valdivieso Espinosa ex concejal del cantón Loja en el noticiero Prensa Radial de SRRADIO manifestó que el Decreto 755 de Excepción trae una serie de incertidumbres, porque en principio el Presidente Correa manifestó que era para cinco provincias y en definitiva es para todo el territorio ecuatoriano, con lo cual se le está mintiendo al país.
