A threat against Russian President Vladimir Putin is fizzling out. Putin's been facing an insurrection attempt from Yevgeny Prigozhin's Wagner  Group. It prompted Russian troops to defend the capital and pull back from warfare. Former US Government Intelligence Consultant Dr Paul Buchanan says this has been simmering from the onset of the war.
