It’s Halloween (or not far from it), beloved listeners! For the sake of both hosts and listeners less horror-inclined, the Sneople start off the season with something a little easier to handle: horror comedies! The Sneople start off with what makes a horror comedy, the many ways the two genres can mix, and what makes them such a good entry into the horror genre. From there, they talk about horror parodies that hit and ones that missed (we’re looking at you, Scary Movie Franchise). The whole episode culminates in them, shockingly, discussing camp and queerness in horror, and why they all go so well together. They also discuss their individual odds at taking down Michael Myers - while opinions vary, they can at least all agree that if Chucky was real, none of them would make it.
