In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guests are Dr Shar Rai and Andrea Bosco. Dr. Shar Rai, BA Psych, is a practicing Chiropractor in Richmond Hill, Ontario, and a graduate of the psychology program at Queen’s University in 1995 and the National College of Chiropractic in 1999. Andrea Bosco, RYT, BA, is a mindfulness expert and a Certified Yoga Instructor. After 11 years as a marketing professional, Andrea relaunched her career into the wellness field. She is the owner of Gateway Yoga and runs classes, workshops and retreats throughout the Greater Toronto Area in schools and workplaces. Dr. Shar & Andrea came together 5 years ago to create The Empowerment Project – a platform for science based mindfulness. They have married both of their backgrounds to develop a multi-faceted program to support mental health and wellbeing for schools and workplaces.
