Dr. Sorcha Allen On Women's Cardiovascular Health

Heart disease remains one of the leading causes of illness and death among women, yet many are still unaware of the unique risk factors they face at different stages of life.   Pregnancy history, perimenopause and menopause can all have an impact on long-term cardiovascular health, making awareness and early intervention more important than ever.   To help highlight these issues, Consultant Cardiologist Dr. Sorcha Allen from Eagle Lodge Cardiology Clinic joined Alan Morrissey to chat about women's heart health.
