On this weeks episode, Geraldo and Bec interview Tehshik Yoon (he/him), a photchemical/synthetic organic chemistry professor in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. We discuss his journey of coming out, what excites him most about working in academia, and what it looks like to mentor the next generation of queer chemists.
