She began her career as a trainee in at ER&DCI India to work upon the System Analysis of PMIS and later Developed a Computer Based Training Module for Railway Employees at CRIS, New Delhi. She has implemented various ERP software at different universities and received appreciation awards for implementing in minimum time frames. In the academic realm, Dr. Dahiya has made significant contributions, including developing content and video lectures for the ePG Pathshala Swayam portal by MHRD India and recording sessions for Indus University on Core Ideas. Dr. Dahiya is also known for delivering expert sessions on Big Data, IoT, and Cloud Computing, contributing to FDPs organized by various institutions. Her work reflects a deep commitment to advancing knowledge and practical applications in her field. She has published research papers in 34 of the world's leading journals and has presented her work internationally on 7 occasions.
