Dr. Wesley Muhammad (n.o.i) vs. Abdur-Rahman Muhammad, Scholar (orthodox muslim)

Abdur is the documentarian that helped produce the documentarian "Who Killed Malcolm X" on Netflix. I have come to learn that Dr.Pesley's job is to deflect questions in regards to the assassination of MLX, deceive the public, and protect the n.o.i's image, reputation and name at all cost..(Dr. Wesley's position is the gov't in the form of the FBI and some hired black killers, killed MLX; Why then did the n.o.i not/never' seek justice for their fallen, beloved brother in agencies hire than the FBI, like the D.O.J, O.I.G and/ or the President of the United States, when safe to do so????
