Duplex Pix - Draft and Craft #1

Welcome to Draft & Craft, Quibble Lit’s new premium writing gameshow podcast—a little writing group and prompt challenge in your pocket. The idea grew from advice we hear often on Author Up: find a writing group. Draft & Craft brings some of that shared energy, encouragement, and discovery to anyone with a pen, a half hour, and a little curiosity. Discover new voices, laugh or play along, and watch as we bubble out bespoke poetry and push our boundaries — together! We’re sharing our launch episode freely — help us spread the word! — paid subscribers will receive Episode #2 next Thursday, October 8th. For more of the show, we’ll be loading up our “Demo Tape” episodes behind the pay wall as well. Subscriptions are only $5 monthly, which includes four Thursday episodes, plus bonus episodes and behind-the-scenes extras. Your support also helps us grow, by letting us develop new games and more writing events, and improve the quality of the show. We’ve had so much fun evolving this project, and we’re excited about the process - Thanks for being here at the beginning. We hope you enjoy, and — Happy writing! Have fun — and if you do write along, send us a note or a draft! Each week, a group of poets joins host Garrett Souliere, founder and editor at Quibble Lit, as they weave between writing topics, word games, and workshopping. This show is for more than poetry lovers - it’s for anyone curious about the creative process. It’s about risk-taking, adapting, interpretation, vulnerability and courage. We hope to add a page to your notebook, a tool to your toolbelt, and most importantly, that you have fun playing or watching along. This is a public episode.
