On our last episode of the Debrief, I said that I would keep an ear out for any grabs that were made in our area and I'd invite them on to come and talk about their experience, so we can learn. I figured it would be many months before we'd have another one, but it didn't take long. While Tucker was visiting his volunteer department, the tones dropped, preparation met opportunity, and he had a chance to make a difference.
